Shipping & Returns 

Free Shipping within Canada 

The Audacious Aunt offers no charge shipping to most areas within Canada.  Some exceptions may apply.  If you do not qualify for our no charge shipping service, you will be notified at the time you place your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days. We strive for and often achieve an even faster turnaround time, typically within 3 business days.  An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped.  

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, it should arrive within 5 to 10 business days for addresses within North America.  International order transit times can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks. 

Shipping Addresses

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date shipping addresses. 

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at customercare@audaciousaunt.com.  You must contact us before your order is processed.  If your order has shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we cannot re-ship your order. 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Damaged Items and Replacement

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, we will send you a replacement. Please reach out to us at customercare@audaciousaunt.com.  Please include a photo of the damaged item with your email. We will replace items damaged after delivery. 

Packages Lost in Transit

If your package seems to be lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping provider, as they will have more up to date information.  If, after contacting the shipping provider, please email us at customercare@audaciousaunt.com.  

RETURN, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. In your return package, please include a note with your order number and the item(s) you are interested in returning or exchanging. Returns must ship to this return address within 14 days of receiving your order:

Once we've received the item(s) back, we will be able to exchange or refund your order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the original order. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your original payment method.

Clearance and/or final sale orders are ineligible for return or exchange.

To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase or before it ships. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
